As the only boy in his dance class growing up, Marcio de Oliveira had very little choice but to shine and, shortly thereafter, be smitten with the stage. A modest upbringing in orchestral instruments and classical song eventually brought him to Boston, where he has enjoyed partaking in the utmost of exquisite, historically-informed performance practice. A lover of the humanities, Marcio is also an avid learner of languages.
